All 2006 candidates for Congress have been invited to let voters know where they stand on medical, health and scientific research.

In national polls, Americans consistently describe medical, health and scientific research as important, yet just 9% said they were very well informed about their elected officials' positions on these issues, in a 2005 Research!America poll.

To change this, Research!America and the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation are pleased to present 2006 Your Candidates–Your Health, a new voter education initiative.
